All MLB cards from 1871-2017 are eligible per Strat.
(2018 cards will be eligible for 19.4)
Our 19.1 parameters are as follows.
1. One nomination per member only
2. When we hit 50 unique nominations we will begin voting
3. If we get more than 50 those missing the cut will roll to 19.2
4. We will have one poll of 50 cards; the top 25 will be added
5. Any ties for the 25th spot will automatically be added in 19.2
6. Next "x" highest vote getters will get another shot in 19.2

2. 1980 Don Sutton LAN SP 2.21 ERA (led league in ERA) 0.99 WHIP (led league) Balanced card S7* His 2nd best card, probably priced much more affordably than his 72 card.
3. 1964 Bob Allison MIN OF/1B - .287/.404/.553 - 60s Mystery Set card is valued at $7.26M but top ATG card is $2.04M
4. 1970 Jim Perry MIN SP 24-12 3.04 ERA 1.13 WHIP AL Cy Young Award Winner represented only by far lesser 1960 & 65 cards
5. 2017 Jose Altuve HOU 2b AL MVP 2017 .346 .410 .547 1-17 Running, 2e11 fielding, 4,6 (19-13) stealing
6. 1970 Alex Johnson CAL LF- .329 AL batting title, .824 OPS, 614 AB - represented by only 2 lesser, cheap cards
7. 1968 Stan Bahnsen NYY SP* - Rookie of the Year / 2.05 ERA, 1.06 WHIP - has 2 lesser carded years (1 SP '72 CHW/ 1 RP '80 MON)
8. 2014 Adam Wainwright STL SP 20-9, 2.38 ERA, 1.031 WHIP, 4th time CYA top 3, no other cards in ATG, 2014 is $8.06M
9. 1954 Yogi Berra NYY C/3B - .307/.367/.488 2R? - MVP - probably a nice 5 mil card
10. 1990 Dave Magadan Mets 1b/3b .328/.417 Obp 6 hr/6 trp/28dbl/ 74 bb good platoon played 15 years no card
11. 2011 Cole Hamels Phillies SP 14-9 2.79 ERA 0.99 Whip/ 2008 World Series MVP/ Star player that does not have a card in the set
12.1995 Edgar Martinez SEA DH Best Year BY FAR 639 PA (should be a 0 INJ) 356/479/628 1.107 OPS + 185 DH only will drive the price down, so should be a great DH at any cap.
13.1986 Hubie Brooks MON 3B/SS .340/.388/.569 Not the best defence, but man can he hit. I had him for a full season in the 80's game, he ended up with 233 hits and 46 hr's. A fun card!
14. 1981 Nolan Ryan, Astros - unfortunately strike-interrupted, but his was Ryan's best season - 1.69 ERA | 195 ERA+ | 2.28 FIP
15. 1920 Happy Felsch CWS CF DO-40 TR-15 HR-14 RBI-115 BA-.338 OBA-.384 SLG-.540
16. 2015 Jeurys Familia NYM CL 2-2 1.85 ERA 43 SV 1.00 WHIP, better card than 2016 with club record 51 saves.
17.1993 Paul molitor Toronto blue Jays .332avg/.402obp 22/5/37/111rbi77 bb 22sb over 680 plate appearances and world series mvp
18.1950 Art Houtteman DET SP/RP 19-12 3.54 ERA 1.30 WHIP - Selected to All Star Team - Ace of the 2nd Place Tigers - AND he was ONLY 22 yrs OLD
19. 1888 Silver King, StL, RHP, 45-20, 1.63 ERA, 64 CG. 0.874 WHIP, 584.2 IP, 6 HR allowed.
20. 1967 Orlando Cepeda, STL, 1B, DO-39, HR-25, RBI-111, BA- .325 OBP-.399 SLG - .524 League MVP for the champs.
