All MLB cards from 1871-2017 are eligible per Strat.
(2018 cards will be eligible for 19.4)

Our 19.1 parameters are as follows.
1. One nomination per member only
2. When we hit 50 unique nominations we will begin voting
3. If we get more than 50 those missing the cut will roll to 19.2
4. We will have one poll of 50 cards; the top 25 will be added
5. Any ties for the 25th spot will automatically be added in 19.2
6. Next "x" highest vote getters will get another shot in 19.2

Would individual seasons from negro league players be eligible to be nominated? We already have some in the set so I don't see why it would be a issue but I did see "all mlb cards" in the post.

I just wanted to make sure because I was thinking about nominating one.
