In the past, we've tried to find some low cost LOOGY/ROOGY specialists to add to the set. These cards are valuable at all but the highest caps.

I've found some nice RP only candidates from the 70s

Righty Specialists ---
1972 Bob Locker NO CARD

1976 Kent Tekulve. Two cards, but this would be his roogy card

1975 Gossage Four cards, but this would be a White Sox card and a roogy (the 77 Pittsburgh card is also appealing, for high cap leagues and pittsburgh franchises)

Lefties ---
1971 Dave LaRoche Two cards, but this would be his loogy card

1977 Dave Tomlin NO CARD

Good choices, although I doubt the Gossage and Tomlin cards would be all that cheap

I don't know - if you compare their whips to Sambito, Burgmeier, and Mike Marshall, Tomlin and Gossage could be just what the doctor ordered. But your point is valid - we are guessing on pricing, which is really hard to predict.
