.302/.400/.567/.967 overall, with .321/.424/.619/1.043 vs righties... MVP-24, 13 errors

would definitely consider-- stats lookin good to me.
How is he balanced R wise and what is the fielding range?

Should be about an 8R...his only other card is from '54 and he is a 2 at 3b.

It is a card based on very limited games played but 1953 Ted Williams is a very nice card. 15 game injury guy but as I recall the injury roll is on either 2 or 12. Normally I would be against a card with such limited plate appearances but it is one of the greats and the numbers were so low due to his being in Korea in military service

Starting to take shape--I like Thompson now over Heine Zimmerman who is much more of a DH card.

1. Chris Davis 6R 2013 card 1B OPS 1.004/6R Balance, 1b-2e16
Goose Goslin 1928 PA 526 BA .379 OBP .442 SLG .614 OPS 1.056 LF-3(+1)13, RF/CF-4(+1)13 1R balance
2. Zach Britton 2016 LHRP 4R/Tom House/Hong Chi Kuo/Aroldis Chapman
3. Harry Heilmann 1923 2L Balance, LF/RF-2(0)14, CF-3(0)14, 1b-3e16
4. Steve Howe LHRP 1991 7L/Tom House/Hong Chi Kuo/Aroldis Chapman
5. Duane Ward 1993/Adams
6. Matt Kemp 2011 BA .324 OBP .399 SLG.586 OPS.985 2L Balance, CF-1(-2)5
7. Chipper Jones 2007 3b 3e12 7R Balance, BA .337 OBP .425 SLG .604 OPS 1.029 3b-3e12, SS-4e48
8. Jose Bautista 2011 3B BA .302 OBP .447 SLG .608 OPS 1.055 RF-3(-3)9, 3b-3e14, 2L Balance
9. George Sisler 1922 1b OPS 1.061 BA .420 OBP .467 SLG .594, 2R Balance, 1b-1e18
10. Buck Ewing 1890 Catcher ABs 352 Avg. .338 OBP. 406 SLG. .545 E Balance, C-2(-3)16, 2b-4e71
11. JD Drew 2004 much better, RF-2(-1), CF-3, 1R balance
12. Rogers Hornsby 1925 BA .403 OBP .489 SLG .576 OPS 1.245 2B-2 E 38
13. John McGraw 1899 3B BA .391 OBP .505 SLG .446 OPS .994 (better year by a fair bit) 1R Balance, 3b-3e41. IMO, this card would move McGraw into a stratosphere that I don't think his overall career deserves.
14. 1953 Hank Thompson BA. 302 OBP .400 SLG. 567 OPS .969 4R, 3b-3e21, RF-4(+1)7, 2b-4e23/Heinie Zimmerman 1912 3b plus BA .372 OBP .418 SLG .579 OPS .989 1L Balance, 3b-3e43, 1b-4e27.
15. Bill Joyce 1894 3B PA459 AB355 BA .355 OBP .496 SLG .698 OPS 1.143 1R Balance, 3b-4e65

Id probably change in Clements for someone since he can at least be used in the field and hit a bunch.
1895 Jack Clements C PA 355 BA .394 OBP .446 SLG .612 OPS 1.058 2R Balance, C-4(+2e)9
1889 Fred Carroll C PA 414 BA .330 OBP .486 SLG .484 OPS .970 1L Balance, C-4(+1)e16, 1b-3e28, LF-3(+2)e25

Its probably worthy. Was trying to limit the number of cards from top guys w/ multiple cards, which is why I wasn't initially sure about Hornsby--
but if people are interested in this one would be happy to add it in .

The 1953 Ted is a 9R. LF-4(+2)e8. His injury is 2-4 vs lhp and 2-10 vs rhp

Would you use it over the current 12 mil teddy?
Seems like a great hitting card though, but dh.

I posted this in the Orioles thread
John Lowenstein 1982 platoon king 320/415/602 (98% of his 384 plate appearances were against righties) ONE CARD, this is a huge upgrade

I probably wouldn't, because of the unusable defense. I really have a problem with small sample-size cards, though my problem is usually those outlier small-sample cards elevate an average player past where he should be. THIS card obviously doesn't do that, since Ted is an all-time great, but I'd be inconsistent if I said I liked this as an add, as well as the floodgates of Roger Freed's it would unleash.
