When Will These Be Added?

When is the date these winning cards will be added to the current pool of players?....I ask this as my group plans to start another ATG season, but would like to wait until the additions are made....Thanks

Voting hasn't even started. Based on previous, you shouldn't expect to see the new cards before Thanksgiving, probably not before December
