Early thoughts on next Brewer additions.

1/ Graeme Lloyd. 1993 season. http://365.strat-o-matic.com/player/3035/1690/1/90 Can always use more Australian players. Lefthanded reliever. His best season. Played for a number of teams in his career, thus could help them in the bullpen. Mid 1 mil?

2/ Geoff Jenkins. 1999 season. http://365.strat-o-matic.com/player/562/1999/1/1999 Lots of doubles. Standout in the Milwaukee outfield, needs a card.

Randy Braun is on the list, any final thoughts on the Pitcher and Batter?

Druid I show you as the lone Ambassador, anyone care to join him?

I like the Geoff Jenkins 2000 card more. Hits lefties better than the '99 card.

I like the Geoff Jenkins 2000 card more. Hits lefties better than the '99 card.

The '99 Jenkins card would have been a better choice in any number of ways (hitting righties better, many more doubles...). I also don't necessarily appreciate that a literally last minute choice gets put on the list. It doesn't really matter because the '00 card is getting absolutely no love.

Even though I totally disagree with the "ambassador" system (smacks far too much of the Electoral College or of the smoke-filled rooms that "chose" the vice-presidential candidate during past conventions), sign me up for the Brewers for the next rounds.
