In the 20th Century Keeper League, which is just finishing its 10h and final season, the NeL players were great additions to the rosters in the early and middle decades:

And in the current NeL Tribute League, we managed to locate enough ATG cards for guys who played in both NeL and MLB to build 6 teams with everything except "pure" RPs -- we brought in post-NeL ringers to meet the Strat game engine requirements:

It does not appear that there were many "pure" RPs in the NeL, however there were certainly a number of stars who are not yet carded in ATG, including:
