Thanks Bill. Is this accounting for Remlinger already being in an earlier add?

You're welcome. It's 2003 Rheal Cormier PHI RP that is part of the pending 22.1 card add.

Ahh right my mistake.

I like this batch! Most of my guys made it. A bit surprised Vlad's Angels card fared so poorly.

Do I get a booby prize for having my nomination 'Smalley' receive the fewest votes?

I also voted for him, only because I work with his daughter and we’re friends. She’s proud of his career.

Wow that's amazing! We should get him on the next nomination, not sure if you can re-nominate immediately.

I think the flaw in the voting process is that you're voting for HOF type players or players that are going to be valued at 5m or more. Players like Smalley and Pecota KC are clearly not as worthy as the big boys but more cheaper cards are needed for smaller cap leagues (60,80) to give owners more options especially in franchise leagues.

Get behind Smalley's 1979 Twins card, where he was a SS-2e30 and an All-Star.
That 1983 card that was in the last nominations is a SS-4e30. It might be used as a very cheap 1b, but I can't imagine it being used at all other than as a cheap bench player. The rationale on that particular 83 Smalley is to give the Yankees a cheaper expansion era SS, but the space between Bucky Dent and Derek Jeter was a vast wasteland in the Bronx.

That's a good one Andy. Any new card would have to be an improvement over his sole 50 cent card.

I also worked with Paul LaPalme's daughter. She said he always wanted a lefty son.
