It would give the High Cap leagues a sizeable pool from which to pick, yet give the opportunity for a smaller, more representative pool for those who wanted it. I just wish the player set had the true All-Time Greats at the top of the salary structure.

And what about those of us who don't agree with you?

200 at bat minimum for hitters. Starters and relievers should have minimums for innings.

Or a "usage" switch we could turn on for leagues, which would sit overused players/pitchers.

Or a switch to set a minimum # of IP/PA's when drafting roster

I would like to propose a remarkable player that was born without a right hand but that did not prevent him from pitching in the major leagues as a starting pitcher. His best season was 1991 with the Angels, in which he won 18 games, ERA of 2.89, WHIP of 1.214, SO/W 2.16, 243 IP, 5 complete games, 1 shutout, and was 3rd in the Cy Young voting. I had the honor of seeing him pitch in person while he with the Angels(I had to see him in action with my own eyes). And yes, someone tried to bunt on him. No problem, the runner was thrown out easily. His name: Jim Abbott. To read about him, go here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Abbott.
