2018 Daily League post-season question

If I'm understanding the rules regarding simulated "rest days" in the playoffs, it appears I can use a 4-man rotation, even though no pitchers are rated as SP*. Is this correct? Thanks in advance.

I reviewed my daily 2017 playoff teams, I was able to use a four man rotation in the playoffs last year.
