I don't have any active daily teams so I don' know if this glitch exist in the daily game.
It exists in the other games !

if you have not already used the per game starting pitcher for tonight games(Saturday) your locked out. it appears to be in every league in the ATG8 game and the decade games. If you entered Saturdays starters yesterday they are in but if you want to add you names now your out of luck

I'm having this problem in a Daily league, too.

This is what my per-game starters page looks like for tonight's games:

Game 16: @ Minnesota Mudhens -------
Game 17: @ Minnesota Mudhens -------
Game 18: @ Minnesota Mudhens -------

yep it seems ALL online leagues are affected.
quite annoying & a major inconvenience for me today in both leagues I'm in.
