Roster Value Exceeding Max During Season?

How is this possible? Not only has this team made a lot of moves, which should be reducing their max roster value, but somehow they have gained total roster value (and cash) in the process.

Interesting. I wonder what happened or how they fixed it. Or, maybe it was just adding up wrong?
