Voovits do you have a smart phone?
I defer to the commissioner or the majority on the final rules. I'm fine with 10, 12 or 14 rounds, and just hope it doesn't take forever.
Although Mike (Ducky) did all the hard work, I am technically one of the 3 co-commissioners, and the only one in the finals. So, I'm going to step in with the final rules unless someone has a big problem with it. The message board draft will be up to 14 rounds and serpentine order. If we finish within 2 weeks, the draft will be 14 rounds. If we are not finished by noon EST on May 27, the draft gets called and we finish up through the next even round. After the message board draft is finished we each fill out our draft cards with our drafted players and any selection of undrafted players. Our draft picks must be on our draft cards or we lose rights to those players. We load our teams according to seeds: 1/6/7/12; 2/5/8/11; 3/4/9/10. As voted, we can select any stadium.
For the draft please try to check the message boards a couple times a day. If there is one manager that just isn't drafting after multiple notifications, the league may have to take action. I can take proxies for people that don't want to check the message board. Try not to send me proxies for players that I might pick with my next selection.
The order for odd rounds and seeding is the following (reversed for even-numbered rounds):
