When will they reflect the extra 5 points for first round playoff winners from 60s leagues?

Just going by last year's tourney, sometimes it takes until all the leagues are done (all the 60's that is). Or maybe it just takes some prodding. I will check in with Ducky and see.

It appears that the bonus points are awarded as soon as the league has a champion.

Jimmy is correct. Bonus points are added when the champion is crowned.
