It always blows my mind that people struggle to figure out how this process works....

Should we call in the alternates?

We do not need to call in alternates yet. I am in touch with the first alternate so I know he will join if needed. Over the next two days I will reach out to more alternates if it appears we need them. I do know of 4-5 managers that have not entered that stated their teams will be in by Monday.
