May I ask why, since there seem to be enough alternates, there can't just be a 12th league?

There are exactly 12 alternates which means if one person of the 132 is a no show, there would not be enough teams to fill the 12th league.

Makes sense if people want to avoid fillers, I suppose. Thought I was in so I'm not thrilled...but I understand. Thank you for responding, and for running this whole thing.
