I've never seen this type of switch before, so I would appreciate an explanation from anyone who has or who can interpret HAL's logic? I can't understand why my 1e7 in CF would be pulled for a replacement who is a 4e7 and I am uncertain why the pitcher would be penciled into the 7 spot in the order rather than the 8th, where Rondon was when he closed out the top of the inning with a flyout.
