I know I have seen this before so....HELP

I might have 7 million in my starting rotation. I want to get to my bullpen ASAP. What pitcher fatigue level should I use?
Right now I am on none, pull em quick, and 6 inning max. If you can remember the thread that would be fine.

If you want them to come out quickly don't use any F levels! Quick hook max 6 is best you can do.
