Starters Innings Pitched

I've been doing online Strat for a little over a year. I've figured some things out, but I still have a lot to learn. So here's my question:

How concerned should I be if I'm working a starter well past his real-life innings pitched total?

Example: I have Pedro in my 90's Mystery Tournament. He's dealing: 19-5/2.76 ERA/1.08 WHIP/306 Ks in 250 innings. We just played game 120. The highest number of innings pitched on his card is 241.

Am I going to wear him out if I keep pitching him at this pace?

Thanks!

Nope, no worries. Some would like to see what you outlined instituted, but currently it's not that way.

Another manager put it best when he said he was feeling guilty about treating his players like they were Westworld robots. But that is essentially what they are, ripe for your exploitation.

Yah, that was me! You can ask your hitters to play 162 games in the regular season. You can ask your Starting pitchers* to pitch 41 games, your Starting pitchers with no asterik to pitch 33 games. And you don't even want to know what you can ask a relief pitcher to do. It will make you blush.
