On Strat's PITCHER Excel spreadsheet for the 2022 season, Tanner Houck has a rating of S(4)4/R(3)/C(4). But on the card itself, he is a reliever only. Is this a typo? He did have 4 starts last year for the Red Sox. Should he be allowed to start in my league??
