How does the "Free Agent Drop" work? After game #41 there is a 5% penalty....10% after 80 games....then 20% there after game 80? Does that mean for ever player dropped from your roster there is that penalty?

Or is it when you pick up a Free Agent after that time you pay the penalty also? So when picking up a Free agent and not letting anyone go is that a penalty?

5% drop until game 41 is played. 10% from 42 to 81 and 20% thereafter.

5% drop until game 41 is played. 10% from 42 to 81 and 20% thereafter.

If you have money "In the bank" and pick up a free agent there is no penalty. Only on the drop.
