What's the point of "Mark if you're ready for the draft"?

Seems that all this does is keep leagues from starting when filled as someone invariably signs up and forgets this last (and seemingly unnecessary) step.

Does it have a purpose that I'm missing?

You can be invited into a league with a code last two years that is pre-paid---with an empty draft list.

This allows you to make a draft list after you have joined a league--so you need to make team ready for the draft.

Any league with a code required (as in tournaments)--even though they are not pre-paid also has this feature--you can build your team after you join the league.

Unfortunately, if you built the team first, then enter a league with the code required--you need to back out to your home page, click that team and make it ready.

One irritating thing--if you have already built your team--do NOT take that page back to start drafting your team--it can clear your draft list and you may have to rebuild it--just click the "all you teams" button under "your accounts", then pick the team/league you just joined and click the ready for draft button (or make a change if you want).

It's easy to miss this step for people who have played for years as it wasn't necessary before pre-paid leagues.
