Letter sent to Strat support; backup not recognized

My backup for injured player in game 121 was not recognized by the game engine for games 122 and 123. The lineup settings have been in place for a long time and the backup was not injured and was available but did not play in any capacity for the final two games of the series.
The problem happened for both left-handed and right-handed lineups.
