Why are you avoiding telling us about live drafts?

YOU supposedly hired 3 NEW PROGRAMMERS- and you've had suggestions from the community on how to accomplish it.

NOT A SINGLE UPDATE ABOUT IT!
But yeah go ahead and tell us all about how to rank 3bs in 2012- that will certainly satisfy us!

changing your moniker doesnt work unless its accompanied by real, positive, changes in operational procedure.
