Bug fix for defensive substitutions

I wish they would fix the rare but annoying bug where the game engine brings a defensive replacement in when your team is losing.

Plus, fix the bug where you are ahead by at least 5 in the 8th or 9th (not sure that 5 is the magic number but I think there is one) and HAL won't put your defensive subs in. Then, the other team starts scoring and HAL still won't put the subs in, EVER, for that inning. When you are ahead the D subs should always go in late in the game. The rare loss when this happens is truly maddening.
