There were a couple of chat threads in the forums at the start of the month that zim13/jameszimmer might have passed away. Does anybody know if that's true?

That's not an uncommon name, however I do see a couple of obituaries online for James Zimmer, a US Army veteran who died in Dorchester Center, MA on April 4. One of them includes comments from other Strat managers, so I expect this was our guy.

Can anybody confirm?

There's not been one word from James since early April. Combine that with what you just mentioned and it seems James is no longer available for drafting.
