Only the proposal to reduce the length of time required to keep a stadium before you can change your stadium
received the required 8 votes to change an existing rule.

Now we must vote on what that change will be:

Length of time required to keep a stadium

Please select option A or B

A = Each year prior to the FA Draft every owner that has completed 2 seasons in their park will be given the opportunity
to select a new ball park using that years draft order. Note that if a park becomes available after your turn to pick,
you will not be able to select that park till the following year. If you desire another owners park, please
discuss a trade prior to the Park Selection Process.

B = Each year prior to the FA Draft every owner that has completed 4 seasons in their park will be given
the opportunity to select a new ball park using that years draft order. Note that if a park becomes
available after your turn to pick, you will not be able to select that park till the following year.
If you desire another owner's park, please discuss a trade prior to the Park Selection Process.

Note: A Ball Park Trade can be effective prior to the start of any season.

2 Proposals that need your vote.

1.) A pitcher with an S(1) rating will be considered a reliever. This means that he will be a September Call-Up if his IP was less than 40 innings.

Y = Yes an S(1) pitcher will be considered a reliever. He will be a September Call-Up if his IP is less than 40 innings (or whatever the IP requirement is for a reliever is for the season in question).

N = No an S(1) pitcher will be considered a starter. He will be a September Call-Up if his IP is less than 60 innings (or whatever the IP requirement is for a starter is for the season in question).

2.) To maintain our stadium flexibility, consider the following amendment to our new stadium rule.

Owners that have completed at least 4 seasons at their current stadium will also have the opportunity to change stadiums after season 1 playoffs have been completed on a first come first serve basis. A stadium change must be conducted prior to the start of the 2nd season.

So the vote will be:
A - Owners may only change during the New Stadium Selection Draft.
B - In addition to the New Stadium Selection Draft, owners will also be able to
select a new stadium after season 1 and prior to season 2.
