Rotating Salary Cap and roster rules -see details below
for all seasons DH, ADV, 5-10-20 drop penalty, Waivers
home ball park must be associated with one of your teams
team player set ATGv6 (NEL players are excluded from this league)
Rules
1) We will randomizer the rotation, all managers get each team for one season, division assignments will be randomized prior to each season.
2) Salary and Roster Rules
For seasons 1-7, and 12-19; 125 mil Cap; waivers
At all times your roster must be exclusively comprised of players from your assigned team(s) + any identified supplemental players(detailed below).
If you have a player that has a card with multiple active teams, you have auto draft rights to that player only if you have the card with the highest dollar value. For example, GREG MADDUX has cards with the Cubs and Braves. His high dollar card is with the Braves, so the Braves get auto draft rights to Maddux. If the Braves do not auto draft Maddux, the Cubs can pick him up out of the free agent pool during (or after) waivers. You can use any version of a player you have rights to.. so if the Cubs draft Maddux they can use either his Cubs card, or his Braves cards.
Since there will always be 7 teams rotated out from this league, there will be numerous players that may be eligible to be auto drafted even if they are not the high dollar card. For example, If the Red Sox are not active for a season where the Indians are, the Indians can auto draft Tris Speaker because they are the only team that could draft him.
Note: Babe Ruth can only hit for the Yankees, or pitch for Red Sox.. But he cannot hit for the Red Sox, or pitch for the Yankees. Players with pitching cards and hitting cards in the set cannot cross franchises by role (hitter, or pitcher)
(Please make sure you check to see if you have a player that is a supplemental player
For seasons 8-11; 100 mil cap; waivers
At all times your roster must be exclusively comprised of players from your assigned team(s); We will run the auto draft and you get what you get..
NO Supplemental player assignemnts, NO high dollar card rule so the Cubs auto draft Hornsby, even if the Cardinals are an active team

1. Old Yankees (nyy db,pre)
2. Modern Yankees (NYY post,exp) + CC Sabathia, David Cone, Dave Winfield
3. Braves + Brewers (BSB db,pre, Milw post, milw exp, atl exp) + Brett Butler
4. Red Sox (bost db,pre,post,exp) + Rudy York
5. White Sox (db,pre,post,exp) + Joe Jackson, Hoyt Wilhelm, Tim Raines, Robin Ventura
6. Tigers (db,pre,post,exp) + Miguel Cabrera
7. Indians (db,pre,post,exp) + Nap Lajoie, Satchell Paige (only his Clev post card not NEL card)
8. Athletics (pha db,pre,post, kca post, oak exp)
9. Cubs (db,pre,post,exp)
10. Cardinals (stl db,pre,post,exp)
11. Pirates (db,pre,post,exp)
