I am unavailable this coming weekend and Easter weekend, which is early next month.

I've got all kinds of stuff going on this month.

1. I just started a new full time job, which is extremely demanding
2. I'm taking an online graduate course at Cornell, which is extremely demanding
3. I just became a grandfather, and want to spend time with her
4. I'm paralyzed, and everything in life takes me MUCH LONGER than most people
5. I'm in 10 Keeper Leagues, which is extremely demanding
6. I have a 34 year old son with severe disabilities in a group home, which requires a lot of my time

Based on the above, I offer the following:

START THE DROPS AND DRAFTS WHENEVER YOU SEE FIT, COMMISH. I'LL MAKE MY PICKS WHEN I AM UP. IF I CAN'T I WILL PROVIDE PROXIES. IF I DON'T PROVIDE PROXIES, I'LL GET SKIPPED AND PICK WHEN I CAN, AND THAT'S ON ME. NO COMPLAINTS, NO EXCUSES. THERE'S NO CRYING IN BASEBALL. IF YOU'RE UP, MAKE YOUR PICK OR GET SKIPPED.

Thanks, Rosco, for running a great league. Start it when YOU'RE ready. We all committed to being in the league. We all KNOW that cards drop mid March and drafts start immediately thereafter. If you're on the clock and miss your pick because golf, work, beach, family, tragedy, or life in general get in the way, then pick when you can. We all have lives outside of Strat. Sometimes it gets in the way. We all made commitments to 11 other managers to be a part of the league. The consequence of life interfering with Strat is sometimes we pick late. We accepted that when we joined.
