Hawk deserves maximum latitude. At this point, what difference does it make if we have the Supp. Draft tomorrow or next March? Let's give him some months.

I believe he posted in a league thread he is not having a great go of it of late, including the passing of his wife. I don't remember which league this was posted in, it may have been a league email and not on the boards. I'm all for giving him any time he needs.

My prayers are with him and his family. So sad to hear that.

There is no issue, so long as he didn't start LAST year. You've always been able to pick rookies who make their debut in the current season in the summer prospect draft. The pick is valid.

No issues at all with the Wicks pick. Good scouting!

Picking Wicks is the same as the selections of Abbott, Encarnacion-Strand, Gelof, Julien, France, Frelick & Bailey.
