I'm not sure who you are asking, I've always said the league belongs to the managers, not to me. If you want to propose a rule change feel free, write up your rule proposal, put it to it vote, if 8 or more approve it, the rule gets voted in. Although this might surprise some of you, I'm not trying to run a dictatorship. .

Sorry I was not around at all today to monitor the prospect draft. As I mentioned at when I sent out rosters, clock wise it was going to be a continuation of the Supplemental draft, so the clock was on right away. With that, the following players have been skipped and can pick right away:

Additionally, Terry101, is up until 9:47pm EDT with Palmtana on deck to pick if/when the time expires.

As always there will be no clock over the weekend. I will work on getting the roster completed and set up the league this weekend, os please get your teams purchased and ready to enter this weekend or early next week.

Actually, I thought this was a query, preliminary to an official Rules Change suggestion. The Rules were clear at the start, so I was wondering aloud whether they might be open to change. Your reply makes it clear that such a change proposal is in order. I will compose one when I get the chance. Meanwhile, back to Bosox at NYY
