Uh there is no 3rd round in any prospect draft. There's a 2 round spring draft and a 2 round summer draft. They are completely separate from each other as the orders are determined differently. I know some leagues splint one draft between spring and summer and rd 3 is the first round in the summer but this league has never done that.
