Seriously, the hype is out of control. I think most of it comes from the fact he could be a 2 way player. Would the hype be half as much if he was just a pitcher or a hitter? Doubtful. His pitching stats in Japan are impressive, but it's Japan. His hitting stats? Not so impressive, and again, it's Japan. Oh, did we mention the elbow?
