Depends on one's opinion. Personally, there are a good 10 to 12 prospects I would select ahead of him, but that's just me. I don't believe the hype, though I'm happy 99% of baseball fans do, as I am making a killing selling 2018 baseball card boxes in my store at markups I haven't seen since Shaq's rookie year in the early 90's.
