Looking for players, upgraded prospect picks, many things.

Let's move draft timing after 1st round to 1-hour scheduled time slots, instead of the current rolling 2-hour limit.

Doesn't that mean that we can never have multiple picks in an hour? A maximum AND minimum of 12 picks 24 hour period? Seems odd to me. Also, I am self employed and available for a few minutes every single hour...I suspect some people would be totally unable to show up for their slot.

It's fine for me, but I'd vote against.

Yes

You guys can (obviously) do whatever you like; but in other leagues with a schedule, it is treated as the MINIMUM only for picks and NOT the maximum. So you could fly through multiple rounds in a day if everyone is online and paying attention, when a person's slotted time is up they have that full hour to make a pick, and after the time is expired, it just rolls forward to the next team. Just 2 cents from the peanut gallery. Good luck all!

One more YES vote will give us two-thirds of the active managers, and the amendment to the rules will be approved.

God DAM! What's happening. Is this the end of the world ? Seems like there's not enough relieve in the Strat-O-Sphere...

As far as trying to fill the league, perhaps (as has done in a couple of other leagues) is to include more draft picks? Perhaps give both teams 2 additional prospect picks at end of the draft and 2 additional FA picks after rounds 3 and 4 perhaps or the next 2 years? Many ways to enhance each team's chances of rebuilding. Another option would be for each of the 10 current teams to freeze XX players have then each of the 2 teams can select 1-2 players from those teams, sort of like an expansion draft? I'm open to almost anything to help get these 2 teams filled.

I doubt incentives are necessary. If a person wants to adopt a keeper team, they go look to see if that's happening on the boards. People who aren't interested, aren't interested. Also, these aren't necessarily the two "worst" teams in the league, either.
