As I PM'd Dave, the Prospect Draft Order has been based on the Win/Loss Record of the previous season for a long time. I have no quams on changing it to be the same as the Annual FA Draft Order. We can put it to a vote.

If you change the rule now, then you need to rescind all deals made since season 2 ended, as some deals took into account draft position order.

If you want to change the rule for 2020, then I have no problem with that, but for this year with draft a month or so away, and drsft position already known, that is tough to digest.

I'm not advocating for changing anything. The rule interpretation shifted over time, and was different from current interpretation as recently as two drafts ago (I didn't look more recently). So be it; don't care. I just wanted clarity.

Hope all is well. Busy February 4th Hot Stove Transactions!
On another note, did not mean to upset anybody with my thoughts. Dave & Rant have made good points, to vote for the 2019 Prospect Draft Order affects trades etc. The vote on changing the Draft Order for the Prospect Draft from Win/Loss Records from the Previous Season to be just like the Annual
FA Draft Order would be for 2020. I will send an email about that. I will also include a vote asking to change Season 1 Division Breakdown to Cumulative Win/Loss Records of Previous Seasons 1 & 2 from our current SOM's Randomization for Season 1. This vote is for our upcoming 2019 Season/2018 Cards.

The First VOTE:
For the 2020 Season, does anyone want the Prospect Draft Order to be based on the Cumulative Win/Loss Records of the Previous Seasons 1 & 2 or keep it based on the Records of the Previous Season as currently stated in the Rules.

When you are announcing a trade, please do me a big favor and state the Players full name and position. It really cuts down on time searching. As a 70 year old "Old Fart", I like to make things easier for me. It is most appreciated.
