Per my Email, March 19, due to the new SOM Pitcher Minimum Roster Change to 11, I am proposing that we:

Part 1: Expand our Rosters to 26 Minimum Players to start with & Expand our Rosters to 28 at Game 132?

or

Part 2: Expand our Rosters to 28 Maximum Players to start the Season?

Please State Yes or No to Part 1 or Yes or No to Part 2.

I have heard some feedback on my Proposals & I just want to get a solid vote if there is interest in making changes.
The First VOTE:
For the 2020 Season, does anyone want the Prospect Draft Order to be based on the Cumulative Win/Loss Records of the Previous Seasons 1 & 2 or keep it based on the Records of the Previous Season as currently stated in the Rules.
Please state Yes for changing it or No for not changing it:

Vote 1 Has passed by the Majority, making The Prospect Draft Order based on the Cumulative Records of the Previous Seasons 1 & 2, beginning in 2020 Season.

Vote 2 has passed by the Majority making Season 1 Division Breakdown will remain by SOM Randomization. Season 2 Division Breakdown will continue based on Season 1's Record.
