Are we using a clock? madmike has been on the clock for over twelve hours. If not we should start it next round. How about it commish what’s your ruling?

I sent an email to Mike around noon Eastern....again Mike is usually very good at responding in a timely fashion.

I'd prefer not to put on the clock, and we have been progressing pretty well until today. Let's give him till at least noon tomorrow...
