Not sure of the prospect rules as I have a couple guys with a (1) next to their name.

The prospect rule is when you have a prospect that is carded for the 2nd time, you have to promote him or drop him before the free agent draft. Also, I currently have you with 17 players. Can you look over your roster and let me know if I need to edit anything? Thanks.
