Been awhile since I read the rules, but isn't that dependent on infield positioning? If the defense is holding the runner on, doesn't that move a B hit and run rating to an A??
That said given how little the play is used anymore, it doesn't really come as a surprise, if my memory of the rules is faulty and there were A rated hitters.
