Overview
This franchise theme league breaks the huge atgv9 player set into 60 franchise/time era based teams, and will be played out in a 5-season tournament format, that will culminate in a final 6th season for the championship.
The 60 teams will be randomly assigned to fill the 5 seasons. For season 1, the selection order of the 12 assigned teams will be randomized. For seasons 2 - season 6, the selection order will be based on the standings from the previous season where the manager with the worst record gets first pick, second worst record gets 2nd pick..etc, the last pick always goes to the manager who won the championship from the previous season. Ties are broken using net run differential.

Rules
$95 Mil cap, DH, waivers, 5-10-20 drop penalty, ATGv9 full player set
Division assignments for all seasons will be randomized
You must select a home ballpark from available list on roster page
Roster Rules:
At all times your roster must be comprised exclusively of players carded to your franchise/era grouping, no exceptions. No trades allowed. You may do as many add/drops from within your assigned player pool as you wish. Now that the rosters are deep enough we will resolve conflicts through waivers. (example, Toronto exp and Red Sox exp both put Clemens on their AD list.. one team will get him in the auto draft, the other team can drop an ineligible substitution and pick up a legal replacement as part of the waivers process).
You can use ANY card version of a player you have rights to. For example the exp era Rangers might draft A Rod. They can use a card version of A ROD when he was with the Yankees if they choose to as long as the player is carded to your team grouping you can use any version of him.
Babe Ruth and Joe Wood exception. Since both Babe Ruth and Joe Wood have distinct hitters cards and pitching cards the rule about open card versions does not apply for those players. In other words Babe Ruth can only be a hitter for the Yankees, or a pitcher for the Red Sox db/pre team.
Season 6: the 2 teams that make the finals from the first 5 seasons will advance to the championship season 6. The 2 best teams (based on regular season wins with tie breaker), that do not make the finals will advance to season 6 as wild cards.
