If it's a guy you did NOT draft, you can have him on BOTH teams.
The rule only deals with drafting the same players.
ie. Let's say Player A is a defensive sub that you want and he's $.50.
If you didn't draft him, he can be on BOTH teams.
If you drafted Bryce Harper in league 1, you couldn't draft him in league 2. Same goes for ANY player.
That being said, if you drafted him in league 1 and the manager who drafted him in league 2 DID NOT want to use him, you can then pick him up via free agency.
Please make sure ALL of your drafted players are on your teams when they draft.
