Definitely an interesting format. The ballpark effects and team match-ups were more accentuated than in a regular 12-team league. Corey Seager and Bryce Harper were a big part of my success in Season 1, but Season 2 greatly favored righthanded hitters so the role that these two played the second time around was greatly diminished.

Best SOM week of the year when the cards come out.

Anyway...this league is super interesting. The hard salary cap may lead some of us to have to unload good salaries... I'm barely under with 26 keepers at $106.5m. It will make the draft interesting each year too, as I'm already unable to fit another star player on to my active roster. Guess I'll be looking for puppies...

How's everyone else looking?

I believe there will be some interesting trade opportunities. Remember my team called Wait 'Til Next Year? Well, it's next year...

My top 26 players would be competitive in any no-cap keeper league, at $138 mil :D
- Team OPS at .867
- Team ERA at 2.39 and WHIP at 1.06

In order to cut back to $110 mil, I'll need to trade some stars in exchange for kids with great potential. Let's make a deal!

that's a nice problem to have

My roster value currently rounds off to $94M. The main shortcoming lies with the starting pitching, since some of my starter/relievers transitioned to pure relievers. Top priorities will be a quality starter and a decent catcher.

No worries. Draft is scheduled to begin on August 1, so please post your drops before you leave.
