If someone cannot take the time time to reference stratdraft whether or not someone was drafted when adding their additional six, they should not be in this league in the first place. We should not need to make special exceptions for sloppiness/laziness.

Randal, that is not true. The computer will NOT give someone a comparable player that is on someone else's draft card, regardless of where they ranked them.

Thank you Jeep, I absolutely did not know that! I figured if it was my 3rd round pick, and I chose a player who was already drafted, that I would get a comparable player --- no matter whether he was further down on the other's list. Learn something new every day --- or at least I do.

KLX wins his first ring since his first season (not as easy as it seemed that first time eh? )

Stoney and JTJ tied for the best record which makes since because one or the other does it about 25% of the time (Stoney 26, JTJ 23) The best two in terams of having the best record.

That said, Milleram (and KLX) are starting their 10th seasons and so will move into the "qualifying" portion of the spreadsheet. And Milleram, whether he has the best record in NLD58 or not) will move into first place in this category.

JTJ and Stoney have been in the playoffs the last two seasons.

JTJ 3 of 4 and best record in the past two.

Jeep returned to the playoffs after a 3 season haitus (and after making them four straight before that!)

KLX is also on a streak of sorts with 3 of the last four appearances.

NLD 57 saw the third best record win for the first time since NLD53. The 14th time that has happened.

The league only had 3 teams under .500 for the second time ever. and the first time since NLD 10!

Holy crap, what a close first series!

Lose in 16. Both teams score 2 in the 9th. We lose on a 1-12 HR by M Perez who's only playing beccause Will Smith was PR for. He left 13 we left only 7. SEVEN HRs in the game.

Win in 11. We take lead in 8th, KLX ties in the 9th

Win by one in 9 scoring 7 runs in the 7th and 8th! Kikuchi pitches one inning too many. We score two runs on WPs by Allen (1-19) Then D'arnaud wins with double in the 8th (straight off of Tropeano's card)

Both teams' pens are completely spent by the end of game 3.

Crazy start to the season. Just glad we lucked into two wins!

Also, interesting, Stoney didn't make a single move after the AD. I guess if you get it right, you get it right eh?

Also, Semper, after a TON of moves ends up with 27 players. Just couldn't decide eh Semp?

Obviously didn't get it right after the first series.

Some irony in my 3-0 Start:

This is my 4th NLD, starting with NLD55. In that first year, it was the only time I ever started 3-0. The irony is that it was also vs. Hawk. I finished with a "whopping" 76 wins, and Hawk won the division.

Here's hoping for a NOT de ja vu season!
