Man did we get some breaks tonight.

Game one. Win 4-3 by throwing 2 LHP against Jeep's lineup of lefty killers. He leaves 10 on base including the bases loaded in the 7th. It helps that he rolled almost entirely on Matzek's card for the last couple of innings.

Game two - Win 5-4 in extras on a HR by E Gonzalez against Rodriguez. 1-6 (2b the rest) HR on Gonzalez's card. We score 2 in the 6th on a rfx 2b off of springer ( a 1) and a wp. Gonzalez was only playing because Tatis got hurt so I guess he was doing his best Tatis impression.

We score a run in the 9th rolling on our own card against Rodriguez.

Then Rasmussen gets out of a jam in the bottom of the 10th with two on when he enters. Gimenez misses a 1-10 bphr.

Game three was a blow out. We got up big and then he scored a bunch of runs off of Matzek and Betances but it was too little too late.

On top of that Stoney finally lost a series so we gained a couple of games. Up six with 12 to play. Still a long way to go and we have 6 with Stones. In fact, next series and we won't have Tatis for the first two games. :( He'll be missing Kratz.

five up with 9 to play and 3 with Stones. He has the tie breaker so far and we'll have to win 2 by good margins to top him.

Still, as long as we squeek out one we *should* be OK.... maybe?

yeah, the four teams are set, it's a question of whether Stoney or JTJ wins the west. JTJ's Magic number is 3. Win the series, at home, and we can relax in the last series. Win one (or less) and it's nailbiting down to the wire. Wish we could have won one more against Jeep tonight. :( Had a good matchup v Pineda, but couldn't convert.

Stones is still missing Kratz so that helps us, but at least Perez can throw.

Crazy series with Stoney. Won two in extras including one in 12 where we gave up two in the top of the inning only to score five in the bottom of the inning with Seager's 3 run walkoff being the key blow.

Playoff series are set I believe. We'll face off with Milleram while toshiro and Stoney matchup in the other series.

The long injuries of Tellez and McCann at the same time did us in.

Big A, in the end, you were done in by a lousy Divisional Record. You were 10 over out of the divison, but 13 under in the division. That's tough to overcome.

Congrats to the playoffs teams!

Thanks KLX. Yeah, seems like after you win, it's hard to repeat. It's only happened a couple of times. Still not sure how GBrookes won his first three NLDs. A repeat Ring hasn't happened since NLD 31-33

Yes, and Tellez and McCann were mostly injured when we had to play our division rivals.
