I don’t see why not. But once promoted the player cannot return to prospect status.

Unless I have mistakenly accessed an out-of-date file, it appears that Francisco Alvarez is listed twice in the list of Ninersphan's hitting prospects.

Any intel on the supplemental draft. Summer is upon us, and I know I'll be out of the country and at a week-long baseball tournament making timing interesting for me.
