If I am reading the league transaction sheet correctly, it appears that Turtle traded away his 2022 6th round Free Agent pick twice. First to me on 8/10/21 and then again to Ghost on 8/26/21.

That looks correct.

Perhaps one of you could get his 4th for a later draft pick added back? Or Ghost and Turtle could amend to a 7th, while excluding either the 8th or 9th coming back?

Since there is no one player in the free agent draft that I see as a "must have," I wanted to announce that I am willing to consider swapping 1st round picks, or trading mine away entirely, in the right deal if you have a player in mind that you can't live without.

Bottom line here is that Tarheel owns Turtle's 2022 6th round FA.

So Turtle and Ghost need to agree on an amendment to their deal of 8/26/21 that does not involve that pick.
