Just to clarify here, we can NOT use lower priced versions of our two drafted players during the autodraft, but we CAN use lower priced versions of everyone else, correct?

You are correct on both

Can someone post links to the league page on both leagues once the autodraft is run so we can all follow the opposite league as well as our own?

also I have some questions about the "winners" league season.
1) which player set? and is it a 12-team league?
2) I assume that one must draft your exact team from the end of season 1 to start season 2...and I understand there will be a 20% FA penalty
3)If during season 1 you use that 5% FA drop/add and end the season with under $125m, can you use the spare $ to draft someone in the second league during the preseason? or must you wait until the first games are played to make any moves?
4) will the AL teams be limited to AL players and NL to NL players in the second season? - (if one was willing to take the 20% hit, could you get a NL FA for your AL team?
5)Will the divisions for the second season be selected or random?
6) I'm assuming that the second league will have loads more options, as several of the teams not qualifying for the league would have great players with no team in the league.
