Tpierce needs to mark team ready for draft

Tom wrote back this afternoon, after I prompted him to load his team. He noticed that he drafted too many pitchers and only had 12 position players on his roster.

Since he can not meet the Strat roster requirements, I told him that he could drop his last invalid pick and pick again. That would be Juan Gutierrez RP ARI.

On the other hand, if somebody wants to offer him a position player in exchange for a pitcher, then he might be willing to make a deal.

All 24 teams are 'in' now; just need Tom and Terry to click 'ready for draft'. Not sure whether Tom has resolved his roster issue though.
