Just a suggestion to possibly help with the time outs.

In leagues I was part of in the past, we sometimes did a specific timed draft. Kept you to two rounds per day, but I found that there was no major difference in the long haul. Basically you had two set times per day (1/2 hour window for each) to get your picks in.

Kept you from constantly having to check in to see who was up and possibly miss your turn. Also usually felt like enough time to double check who had been drafted and then make your selection. We'd always still have a couple of time outs here and there (pesky real life), but with the set times, even a time out could usually get caught up and maybe only miss one or two picks instead of a possible avalanche.

I'm not saying to change for this draft, but maybe for next season.
